Overview

erxes is an open-source experience operating system (XOS) that runs frontline conversations, sales pipelines and operations in one workspace. Plugins for Frontline, Operation, Sales, Content, Team, Accounting and Finance sit on the XOS kernel, which provides inbox, contacts, segments, automation, documents and permissions. AI agents connect via MCP, CLI or REST API and act on workspace data.
