Something on a profile is wrong
Use the report form. Opening it from the profile’s own “report” link attaches the product and its current score for you.
You make one of the products listed here
Claim the listing from its profile page to correct facts, or submit a product that is not listed yet. What claiming and paying do, and do not do, is set out on Independence and payments.
Accessibility problem
Email us with the page and what went wrong. Accessibility issues are treated as bugs and fixed first. Our targets are on the accessibility statement.
Press, data or anything else
Email is the only channel. Journalists and researchers are welcome to cite any ranking with a link to the page it appears on; machine-readable summaries are in llms.txt.
Anything you send is kept only to deal with it, as described in the privacy policy.
