Terms of use

You may read, search, link to and quote BenchRank freely, including for commercial purposes, as long as you attribute the ranking to BenchRank and link to the page it appears on. You may not copy the catalogue wholesale, republish it as your own, or use automated access in a way that degrades the service for others. Automated readers are welcome within those limits and should start from llms.txt.

Scores are produced by an automated pipeline from information that companies publish about their own products, as described under How we rank. They are a measurement of how a product is presented and built to be adopted, not a judgment of how good it is at its job. We work to keep them current and correct, but they are provided as they are, without warranty, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for a purchase. If something is wrong, report it and we will re-measure.

You need an account to submit or claim a product and to read gated profile data. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us if you think it has been used by someone else. We may close an account that is used to abuse the site, make false claims or interfere with the rankings.

Submitting a product costs a one-off $49.00 USD, paid through Stripe. The fee covers a review of the submission and a place in the scoring queue. It does not buy a score, a rank or any placement: the product is measured by the same pipeline as every other, and the result is whatever the measurement finds. You must have the right to submit the product and the details you give must be accurate.

We may decline a submission that is not a real, publicly available software product, is already listed, or falls outside what BenchRank covers.

A declined submission is refunded in full. Your payment is refunded to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Once a product has been accepted and measured, the fee has been used and is not refundable, whatever the score.

Claiming is free and is for the people who make the product. We verify claims and may reject or reverse one that turns out to be false. A claim lets you correct facts and point us at pages we missed; it does not give you control over the score or the profile text, which stay measured and editorial respectively.

The rankings, scores, profile text and articles are BenchRank’s. Product names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and appear here to identify and describe the products. If you own something shown here and want it removed or corrected, email hello@benchrank.ai.

Profiles link to vendors’ own sites. Those sites are theirs, not ours, and we are not responsible for what they do or sell. BenchRank has no affiliate arrangements and earns nothing from those links.

To the fullest extent the law allows, BenchRank is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on a ranking, a score or anything else on the site, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hello@benchrank.ai.
