Overview
Dittofeed is an open-source customer engagement platform for automating email, SMS and webhook messages. Teams build multi-trigger journeys in a drag-and-drop editor, split users into segments based on tracked events and subscription status, and write templates using Liquid, HTML/MJML or a Notion-like editor. It runs on Postgres, ClickHouse and Temporal, self-hosted or as a cloud service.
