Overview

Shelf is an open source asset management platform for tracking equipment, kits and consumables. Assets carry QR codes, locations, custody records and custom fields, and the Team plan adds bookings with a calendar, availability view and PDF pull lists. A companion app for iPhone and Android is included with every plan for scanning and auditing in the field.

Best for: Teams lending shared equipment — studios, labs, universities — that need bookings without per-seat fees.
