Overview

odrive syncs Procore documents to a Windows or Mac desktop in both directions, so a file opened locally is the current version and saved changes go back to Procore. Files appear as placeholders and download when opened; folders can be pinned for offline work or unsynced to reclaim disk space. Procore user, project and file permissions carry through.

Best for
Construction teams on Procore who need project documents synced to Windows and Mac desktops
Pricing
30-day free trial, then Standard at $20/user/month ($200/user/year), with Enterprise from $25/user/month on a custom contract.

Strengths and trade-offs

Strengths

  • Two-way sync: desktop edits go back to Procore automatically
  • Placeholder files download on demand; unsync to free disk space
  • Procore permissions apply, so no separate access management
  • Files pass desktop-to-Procore directly; SOC 2 certified

Trade-offs

  • Only syncs Procore (plus SharePoint/file server on Enterprise)
  • Standard is capped at 25 users; beyond that means Enterprise
  • Server Sync and SharePoint sync need an Enterprise contract
  • Sync pauses when the 30-day trial ends until you subscribe
