Wufoo is a cloud-based form builder for registration forms, applications, surveys, contact forms and payment forms, made without code. Forms are hosted on Wufoo's SSL-encrypted pages with themes, field validation, form rules, and email or text notifications. Entries feed built-in reports and a REST API, and payments run through partners such as Stripe, PayPal and Authorize.Net.
