Overview
Reqcore is an applicant tracking system that parses each CV and application answer into structured data, scores it against per-job criteria and ranks candidates by fit. Every score carries a breakdown and evidence, and a human reviews before any decision. It also covers a public job board, custom application forms, candidate profiles, email templates and interview scheduling.
