Overview

Reqcore is an applicant tracking system that parses each CV and application answer into structured data, scores it against per-job criteria and ranks candidates by fit. Every score carries a breakdown and evidence, and a human reviews before any decision. It also covers a public job board, custom application forms, candidate profiles, email templates and interview scheduling.

Best for: Small teams hiring for a few roles at once who cannot read every application by hand.
Pricing: Free tier with one active role and 50 AI shortlists, then Solo at $79/month ($66/month billed yearly), Team at $239/month ($199 yearly), Scale at $599/month ($499 yearly), and Agency on custom pricing.
