Overview

Palform is a form and survey builder that encrypts responses end to end, so the operator cannot read submitted data. Forms are built in a visual editor with conditional branching, recall, reusable branding schemes and question types including e-signatures, address search and file uploads. Responses trigger email and webhook notifications, and the platform generates graphs and correlation analysis.

Best for: Teams collecting sensitive form data who want encrypted, EU-hosted surveys on a small budget.
Pricing: Free plan at £0, then Pro at £2.50/month (£30 a year) and Business at £6.50/month (£78 a year) on annual billing, each with a 7-day free trial; GBP, EUR, USD and CHF can be selected.
