Overview
FreeScout is an open source help desk and shared mailbox written in PHP on the Laravel framework and run on your own server. It centralises customer conversations from email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Slack and live chat, with unlimited agents, tickets and mailboxes. Further functions such as the API, time tracking, Kanban boards and a knowledge base are added as modules.
