Calendly is a scheduling tool that connects to Google, Outlook or Exchange calendars and publishes booking pages invitees use to pick a time. Event types, availability and branding are configurable, and workflows send reminder or follow-up emails and SMS. Team plans add round-robin distribution, routing forms and CRM sync.
